Can tickets be purchased on-site?
Tickets can be purchased at the farm or on our website. Guests can save by purchasing tickets online.
What if it rains?
We will operate during the rain. If the weather becomes unsafe due to high winds or lightning, etc., we will close. In the event we close, guests can select another day to attend the event. We do offer refunds if guests are unable to come on another date. Guests will receive an email or text message if they purchase their tickets online. We post inclement weather messages on our Facebook page, Instagram, and website, and there will be an announcement on our toll-free number (844) 622-3276.
Does Sweet Valley Ranch sell food?
We sell food from our Sweet Valley Ranch Gives Back Trailer. We have a variety of food items depending on the event, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, deep-fried Oreos, etc. A portion of the proceeds from food sales goes to help people in our surrounding areas and to support the needs of our rescue animals. Are we allowed to bring food inside the farm?
We only allow guests to bring bottled water inside the farm (no outside food). Guests are allowed to return to their car to get personal food items and eat in a designated area.
Is our farm handicap accessible and/or stroller friendly?
Sweet Valley Ranch is handicap-accessible and stroller friendly. Many of our walking paths are asphalt or compacted gravel. We have bathrooms equipped with ramps for guests in wheelchairs. We also rent electric wheelchairs (supply is limited).
Can we bring dogs to Sweet Valley Ranch?
We are known for our love of animals. Sweet Valley Ranch has over 100 ducks, 35 guineas, and 15 rabbits that roam free on our farm. It is imperative that your dog does not harass, bark, or chase any of our animals or our guests. If we notice inappropriate behavior by your animal, you will be asked to leave and we will not issue a refund. We only allow dogs that are on a leash or in a pet carrier. We work hard to keep our farm looking and smelling nice, and you are required to pick up after your dog.
How much time should I allocate to see everything at the Dinosaur Attraction?
Plan on spending approximately 90 minutes exploring the Dinosaur exhibits. Additionally, you may want to allocate an extra 1-2 hours to fully enjoy our animal attractions. Please note that this timeframe does not include the time children may spend on our inflatables and playground, which are included with a general admission ticket.
Can I reserve or rent a golf cart in advance?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, golf carts can only be rented on-site and cannot be reserved in advance.
Can I use my tickets for another day if something comes up?
Sweet Valley Ranch understands that plans can change, and we are flexible when it comes to allowing guests to use their tickets for another day. However, please note that for the Hills & Thrills ATV Adventure, any changes will need to be approved by our staff in advance.
